Beverly Carter, EdD is a 20-year business operations and systems professional who recognised a profound gap in the adult education landscape — a space where serious, structured learning about lifestyle, relationships, and personal governance simply did not exist.
Drawing on her doctoral work in adult education and her professional background in organisational systems, Beverly founded Xoutiq University in 2018 with a single conviction: that adults deserve the same rigour, structure, and credibility in continuing education that they would expect from any professional programme.
Under her leadership, Xoutiq has grown from a single course into a full institute — with a curriculum spanning communication, self-leadership, relationships, lifestyle design, and coaching. Beverly continues to lead curriculum development and serves as the institution's chief academic voice.

The Xoutiq Story
2018
Founded
Beverly Carter, EdD establishes Xoutiq University with a single foundational course on intentional communication.
2020
Curriculum Expansion
The curriculum grows to five core programmes, with the first cohort of adult lifestyle coaching graduates.
2022
Community Launch
The Xoutiq Community platform launches, connecting graduates and current students across the globe.
2024
Institute Status
Xoutiq formally adopts the designation "Institute of Adult Lifestyle Education," reflecting its growing academic depth.
2026
Today
Eight programmes, hundreds of graduates, and a growing faculty of practitioners committed to ethical adult education.
